The HMW 20.0 PHT - EN Hydraulic Winch is a high-capacity hydraulic winching solution developed for the most demanding heavy-duty applications, offering a pulling capacity of 20,000 kg. Fully compatible with vehicle-mounted winch systems, this model enables high-tonnage loads to be moved safely and under full control over long distances. By continuously and efficiently converting hydraulic power into pulling force, it delivers maximum performance under demanding field conditions. Its heat-treated, extra-strength cast steel housing provides superior resistance to impact, wear and intensive use. Its high rope capacity offers an extended operating range, making it an ideal solution for heavy industry and professional applications.

Powered by a 200 cc hydraulic motor and a working pressure of 200 bar, the system delivers its 20,000 kg pulling capacity with powerful and stable performance. Thanks to the two-stage planetary gear system and 46:1 gear ratio, high torque is generated, allowing heavy loads to be pulled in a controlled and smooth manner. The 22 mm rope capacity and optimized drum design ensure even rope winding, increasing system efficiency and extending rope service life. A rope capacity of up to 77.4 meters provides high efficiency in long-distance pulling operations.

The negative-acting hydraulic disc brake system securely holds 100% of the load, providing maximum safety during heavy-load operations. Even in the event of pressure loss, it keeps the load securely in place, further enhancing operator safety. The standard manual free-spooling system offers practical operation in the field, while ease of use can be further improved with the optional Air Clutch Shifter. The Front Roller and Rope Pressure Roller ensure smooth rope travel, minimizing potential risks during operation.
