The HMW 30.0 THT Hydraulic Winch is a high-capacity hydraulic winching solution developed for heavy-duty and long-distance pulling applications, offering a pulling capacity of 30,000 kg. Fully compatible with vehicle-mounted winch systems, this model enables high-tonnage loads to be moved safely, smoothly and continuously over long distances. Powered by a 100 cc hydraulic motor and a working pressure of 170 bar, the system delivers its 30,000 kg pulling capacity with powerful and controlled performance. Thanks to the high 234:1 gear ratio, extremely high torque is generated, allowing heavy loads to be pulled at low speed with maximum control. The 26 mm rope capacity and optimized drum design ensure even rope winding, increasing system efficiency and extending rope service life. A rope capacity of up to 80 meters provides high efficiency and operational flexibility in long-distance pulling operations.

The negative-acting hydraulic disc brake system securely holds 100% of the load, providing maximum safety during heavy-load operations. Even in the event of pressure loss, it keeps the load securely in place, maximizing operator safety. The standard manual free-spooling system offers practical operation in the field, while ease of use can be further improved with the optional Air Clutch Shifter. The Front Roller and Rope Pressure Roller ensure smooth rope travel, minimizing potential risks during operation.
