The heat-treated reinforced cast steel housing provides maximum durability and long service life, while the 28:1 gear ratio enables high pulling force to be achieved at low speed with maximum efficiency. Powered by a 160 cc hydraulic motor and a working pressure of 175 bar, the system delivers its 10,000 kg pulling capacity in a stable, controlled and continuous manner. Its 16 mm rope capacity and optimized wide drum design ensure smooth and balanced rope winding, increasing operational efficiency and maximizing rope service life. The robust planetary gear system generates high torque with minimal power loss while providing quiet and vibration-free operation, enhancing both operator comfort and system durability.

The reinforced negative-acting hydraulic disc brake system ensures maximum safety by securely holding 100% of the load even in the event of pressure loss. This feature is critically important, particularly in recovery and pulling operations involving high-tonnage loads. Thanks to the precise control capability provided by the hydraulic system, load movements can be managed safely, smoothly and in a controlled manner. The manual free-spooling system is provided as standard, while ease of use can be further improved with the optional Air Clutch Shifter. The Front Roller and Rope Pressure Roller ensure smooth rope travel, minimizing potential risks during operation and increasing system stability.
