The HMW 12.0 SDW - EN Hydraulic Winch is a high-performance winching solution developed for heavy-duty applications, offering a pulling capacity of 12,000 kg and high rope capacity. Powered by a 200 cc hydraulic motor and a working pressure of 200 bar, the system delivers its 12,000 kg pulling capacity in a stable and controlled manner. Thanks to the 34.5:1 gear ratio, high torque is generated, allowing heavy loads to be pulled safely and efficiently. With a rope capacity of up to 62 meters (47.4 m according to the EN standard), this model is ideal for long-distance operations. Its compatibility with 16 mm rope provides high-strength pulling performance. The optimized drum design ensures even rope winding, increasing system efficiency and extending rope service life.

The reinforced negative-acting hydraulic disc brake system ensures maximum safety by securely holding 100% of the load even in the event of pressure loss. The standard manual free-spooling system enables the operator to respond quickly in the field, while ease of use can be further improved with the optional Air Clutch Shifter.
