The HMW 14.2 PHT - EN Hydraulic Winch is a premium winching solution developed for heavy-duty and high-tonnage operations, offering a pulling capacity of 14,200 kg. Fully compatible with vehicle-mounted winch systems, this model delivers reliable performance even under the most demanding field conditions thanks to the continuous and balanced power transmission provided by hydraulic winch technology. Its heat-treated, extra-strength cast steel housing provides maximum durability under intensive use, impact and heavy-load conditions. With a rope capacity of up to 53 meters (37 m according to the EN standard), it delivers high efficiency in long-distance pulling operations. Its industrial design and easy-installation structure allow fast integration into different vehicles and platforms.

Powered by a 250 cc hydraulic motor and a working pressure of 167 bar, the system delivers its 14,200 kg pulling capacity in a stable and controlled manner. Thanks to the 28:1 gear ratio, high torque is generated, allowing heavy loads to be moved safely and efficiently. Compatibility with 18 mm “Compact” high-strength rope provides maximum pulling performance in heavy-load applications. The optimized drum design ensures even rope winding, increasing system efficiency and extending rope service life. The powerful hydraulic motor delivers continuous performance throughout the operation, supporting operational continuity.

The negative-acting hydraulic disc brake system ensures maximum safety by securely holding 100% of the load even in the event of pressure loss. This feature provides a major advantage, particularly during the handling of high-tonnage loads and critical recovery operations. The standard manual free-spooling system enables the operator to respond quickly and practically in the field. Ease of use can be further improved with the optional Air Clutch Shifter. The Front Roller and Rope Pressure Roller ensure smooth rope travel, minimizing potential risks during operation.
